I loved looking down on Angel’s Landing, the famous viewpoint in Zion National Park. Tearing the canyon contour recapitulates the verticality of the experience. This diptych was drawn on location across two sheets, since only smaller sheets fit in my backpack.It's also the first time I decided to tear the paper to match the shape of the landscape.
