These trucks without their trailers ("bobtails") were lined up beside a set of old grain silos atTerminal 18 at the Port of Seattles. Headlights are indeed the anthropomorphized facial expressions of automobiles, and they produce an emotional response in me.
This can also be framed as a diptych together with "Hoppers" painted of two lines of railroad hopper cars the next bay over in the same terminal:
